The switch from Postnl to Thrunkrs
The delivery by PostNL in the Netherlands went great until corona came. The packages were no longer delivered on time. As a result, the fresh products arrived spoiled or not at all. The delivery by PostNL in Belgium went a little less well and not at all after corona. The delivery time was up to 3 to 4 days. We couldn’t possibly go on like this.
The benefits of Thrunkrs are:
- Ordered before 16:00 on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday? Delivered the next day in the evening!
- Are you not at home? Then your package will be stored refrigerated overnight, so that the products remain good.
- 99% is delivered on the first try.
- So what we pack in the morning will be delivered to you in the evening.
Did you know that Trunkrs sends a track and trace to your e-mail address at 16:00? If you have not received these by 4:00 PM today, there is a delay and they will not come that evening. You will then receive a Track and Trace the next day at 4:00 PM, so they will come by that evening.

Dear customers from Wallonia, we used to deliver to customers in Wallonia with PostNL. Unfortunately, we have not yet found an alternative delivery service. If this changes, we will communicate it here.
We pack our products in a special insulation box packed with cooling elements. In this way we can keep the temperature constant for 24 hours. After 24 to 48 hours, the temperature can rise a few degrees due to the ambient temperature, but the products remain at the right temperature. We recommend that you store the products in a cool place at home on time.
On and around the holidays 2021
During the holidays there are adjusted delivery times.
- Belgium Armistice. No orders will be delivered in Belgium on Thursday 11 November 2021.
In addition to the packaging costs (insulation box and cooling element) and the handling costs that we have to incur to be able to send our products to your home, Trunkrs must also be paid. We charge €15 shipping costs for orders under fifty euros and €10 shipping costs up to a hundred euros. However, if you order for more than € 100,- in our webshop, we will take care of the shipping costs!
