Delivery conditions

Always fresh!
Immediately after arriving from sea, the fish is prepared, packaged and shipped from Oostburg, the Netherlands. This is done in one or more well-closed styrofoam boxes with so-called IceGelPacks. This way, a low temperature is guaranteed and this keeps the fish cool and fresh when it arrives at your address. As owner of a restaurant or as consumer, you can buy your fish at wholesale prices at!

Delivery throughout the Netherlands and Belgium
After you have entered and sent your order, it will immediately be processed. You will receive from a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

From Monday to Wednesday
If you order before 4 PM from Monday to Wednesday, you will receive your order within two working days. Orders, which are received after Wednesday after 4 PM will be processed the following Monday. Item out of stock?
If one or more of your ordered items not in stock, for whatever reason, the money for the missing goods will be returned to the same account that you already used for your payment. In that case we will send you a message by email.

As a business outside the Netherlands, but within the EEC, you do not pay VAT on your orders. However, we check the application of every company. Packing method

To ensure the shipping of fresh and chilled fish, we use IceGelPacks. You can reuse them. It is important that, when your fish arrives, you directly consume or freeze it. If you want to thaw frozen fish, we recommend you to put this one night before into the fridge. This way, the freshness of our products and your fish will be guaranteed.
Besides the use of appropriate IceGelPacks, your fish will be shipped in sealed polystyrene boxes. The fish will be neatly packed.

Finally, the box is sealed. The paid invoice (for your accountancy) will be stuck on the outside of the box lid as well as the label of the parcel. On the envelope as well your address as ours will be stated.
Never place the parcel near the heating system or in the sun!

Upon request, we pack your fish fillets or fish on trays with your specified number (with transparent plastic film).
